1. Reservations and Cancellations
* Appointments must be booked at least 24/48 hours in advance.
* A 20% deposit is required to confirm the appointment. This will be deducted from the final amount.
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit.2.
2.Vehicle Conditions
* If the vehicle is extremely dirty (mud, pet hair, mold, severe stains, dust, etc.), an additional charge will apply.
* We do not remove seats or disassemble vehicle parts unless previously indicated.
* We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
3. Guarantees and Results
* We strive to deliver the best possible results, but some defects (deep stains, scratches, lingering odors) may not be completely removed.
* The customer acknowledges that results may vary depending on the vehicle's initial condition.
4. Weather and External Factors
* In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment to ensure the quality of service.
* If the service is performed at home, the client must provide adequate space.
5. Payments
* We accept cash, bank transfers, and/or credit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
* Payment is due upon completion of vehicle pickup.
6. Liability
* Elmerito Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
* All visible damage will be documented before the service begins.
